The Board of Share India Securities at its meeting held on 16 December 2019 has approved the allotment of 76.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each of Share India Securities to the shareholders of Total Securities, pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Total Securities with Share India Securities.Pursuant to the allotment of aforementioned equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 24,42,45,8801- to Rs. 31,90,65,8801.
