At meeting held on 26 May 2015
Sharp India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2015, have re-appointed Masahiko Nakagawasai, as an 'Executive Director' as well as the 'Chief Financial Officer' of the Company for a period of three years from 28 May 2015 up to 27 May 2018.Sanjay Vaidya has resigned as the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company from the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 26 May 2015.
