At meeting held on 18 May 2015
Shivam Autotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted following business:1. The Board has recommended a final dividend @ 60% which is Rs. 1.20/- per share of Rs. 2/- each to the Equity Shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2015.
2. The Board has declared issuance of Bonus Shares to Equity Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) Equity Share.
