Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2015, has considered the following business and proposed to be approved from members of the Company based on passing of resolution through postal ballot.- Appointment of P. N. Singh, L. C. Sharma and L. C. Parashar as Independent Directors pursuant to Section 149 and 152 read with Schedule IV and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013.
