At meeting held on 03 July 2015
Shree Manufacturing Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 July 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Dinesh Bainwal as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 03 July 2015.
2. Mahendra Ganatra, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 03 July 2015.
3. Appointment of M/s. Teena Dedhia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, to conduct the Secretarial Audit for financial year 2014-15.
