Shree Rama Newsprint announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, has transacted the following:- Allotment of 1,87,400 Zero Coupon Bonds ("ZCBs") at a price of Rs. 1000/- per debenture to Oriental Bank of Commerce on private placement basis.
