Shree Securities announced that Rajendra Kumar Mohanty resigned from the post of Company Secretary and the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 25 May 2015 approved the resignation of Rajendra Kumar Mohanty and appointment Sangeeta Roy as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company, both to be effective from 16 June 2015.Sangeeta Roy an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, appointed to fill the vacancy caused to the office of Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
Sangeeta Roy, will attend all matters relating Stock Exchange, SEBI, ROC and all Investors Grievances.
