Shreejal Info Hubs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:1. The Board appointed Pratik Jayantilal Patel, as Independent & Non-executive Director, to hold his office until the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. The Board appointed Jayanti Naran Velani, as Independent & Non-executive Director, to hold his office until the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. The Board appointed Priti Mukesh Vora, as Independent & Non-Executive Director to hold his office until the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
