At meeting held on 03 September 2015
Shreenath Industrial Investment Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2015, has taken the following decisions:1. To appoint Manisha Lonare as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. from September 2015 and to fix her remuneration.
2. To resign Ashok Patel as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 03 September 2015.
