At meeting held on 14 January 2016
Shri Krishna Prasadam announced that Kulbhushan Parashar, Whole Time Directors & Company Secretary of the Company has been resigned from the post of Company Secretary and expressed his interest to be reclassified as Non Executive-Director.Further, Himanshu Verma, who was appointed as additional non executive Independent director on 07 November 2015, expressed his interest to be reclassified as additional executive professional director.
The Board of Directors ("the Board"), at its meeting held on 14 January 2016 has accepted the Resignation of Kulbhushan Parashar from the post of Company secretary and reclassified the category of Kulbhushan Parashar and Himanshu Verma.
