At meeting held on 15 July 2014
Shriram EPC announced that the Board had met on 15 July 2014 as intimated and discussed about the Rights Issue proposed.Further the Company has informed that, the Board has decided to defer the proposed rights issue to a later date and the Company will be intimating further developments in this regard, if any, accordingly.
