The Board of Sobha at its meeting held on 14 March 2022 has approved the resignation of Jagdish Chandra Sharma as Director and Vice Chairman and-Managing Director with effect from 01 April 2022. The Board also approved the appointment of Jagadish Nangineni as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole-time Director designated as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a term of five years, with effect from 01 April, 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.The Board has also approved the appointment of Raman Mangalorkar, as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years, with effect from 01 April 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
