Sofcom Systems announced that the Board of Directors (Board) of the company at its meeting held on 17 June 2016 which commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 01.00 p.m. transacted the following business:1. The Board approved and took on record the Resignation of Anil Nahar, from the Designation of CFO of the Company i.e. 17 June 2016.
2. The Board approved and took on record the Appointment of Hari Om Vijay, as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 17 June 2016.
