Spine Traders announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- Appointed Veenu Jain as Additional Director cum Women Director cum Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015 and accepted resignation of Ramanlal Nagjibhai Trivedi from Directorship of the Board of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
