At meeting held on 27 August 2015
Standard Surfactants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following :1. Purshottam Das Garg, vacated from the office of Director of the Company pursuant to Section 167 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Ankur Garg, Whole time Director of the company was reappointed for a period of Five year and his remuneration was fixed.
3. Related party transactions with the following companies were approved.
(i) Standard Organo Chemicals and (ii) Standard Ventures
4. Disclosure of Interest by Directors pursuant to Section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013 were received and recorded.
5. Sarvesh S. Srivastava, Practicing Company Secretary was appointed as scrutinize!- for Postal Ballot and electronic voting.
