Starcom Information Technology announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2017 have inter-alia transacted the following business -1.Approved the appointment of Mukhtar Ahmad as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 31 March 2017.
2.Approved the Appointment of MY khan as the Independent Director(Additional Director), with effect from 31 March 2017.
