At meeting held on 13 August 2015
Steelco Gujarat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, approved the resignation of Arvind Tambi, Company Secretary and Compliance officer, and he shall be relieved on 28 August 2015 after office hours from the Office of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13 August 2015 also approved the appointment of Mr. Achal Thakkar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 29 August 2015.
