Surana Industries announced that Board of Directors of the Company have vide their resolution dated 28 August 2014, passed by circulation, appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP Firm as Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2015.The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy arising on resignation of M/s. CSP Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants with effect from 19 August 2014 and is subject, to confirmation of the shareholders at the ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members on 30 September 2014.
