SVP Global Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016, has carried out the following:1. Approved appointment of Roopsi Sharma as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 07 April 2016.
2. Took note of Resignation of Shubhangi Thool as existing Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 28 March 2016.
