Swojas Energy Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 November 2015, have transacted the following business:1. Kothari Ravi Dinesh, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 10 November 2015.
2. Amar Rajmal Kakaria, an Non-Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 10 November 2015.
