At meeting held on 30 January 2015
Sylph Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, took the following decisions-The Board has received resignation from Director, S. L. Jain. The Board has accepted the resignation with immediate effect from 30 January 2015. The Board places on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by S. L. Jain during his tenure as Director of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, Jayshri Jain has been appointed as Women Director of the Company with immediate effect and appointment is made in accordance with section 149(1) read with Rule 3 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors), Rules, 2014 of the Companies Act, 2013.
