Symphony announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015 has approved the following -Retirement of Chandrakant Gandhi as Company Secretary with effect from 31 October 2015.
Appointment of Manan Bhaskar as Company Secretary with effect from 01 November 2015.
The Board of considered and taken note of disposal of the entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Symphony Air Coolers Inc. USA.
