At meeting held on 21 May 2014
T T announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2014 has appointed Mahesh C Mehta as an Additional Director (Independent) of the company to hold office for five consecutive years for a term upto 31 March 2019.Board has also approved continuation of V R Mehta, V K Kothari and Navratan Dugar as an Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for five consecutive years for a term upto 31 March 2019.
Both aforesaid appointments are subject to approval of Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 03 September 2014.
