Board of Take Solutions recommends 2nd Interim dividend

Take Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 February 2018, inter alia, have recommended the 2nd Interim dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
