At meeting held on 13 February 2015
Tamboli Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, has transacted the following:1. The Board has considered and approved appointment of Bharati B. Tamboli, Women Director as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 February 2015.
2. The Board has considered and approved resignation of P. A. Subramanian as Director of the Company effective from close of this Board of Directors meeting dated 13 February 2015.
