The Board of Tata Motors has appointed Maloy Kumar Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 01 September 2021. He will replace Hoshang K Sethna (ICSI Membership No.F3507) who retires as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours of 31 August 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
