With effect from 01 January 2015
Tata Sponge Iron announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2015, has appointed Sanjay Kasture as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 01 January 2016 in place of S.S. Dhanjal on account of superannuation effective from 01 January 2016.Sanjay Kasture would also be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 01 January 2016.
