TCI Express announced that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to take place on 31 January 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter/Nine Months ended 31 December 2016.The Board may also consider payment of interim dividend, if any for financial year 2016-17 in the said meeting.
