TCI Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following items :- Appointment of Hemant Kaul as an additional director (non executive independent) and also as chairman of the Company w.e.f. 23 January 2015.
