Tiger Logistics (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the following:- Proposal to issue bonus shares in the proportion of 3 (Three) Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each for having every 2 (Two) fully paid up Equity Share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each subject to the approval of shareholders.
