At meeting held on 22 January 2015
Tinplate Company of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015 the following changes in the directorship of the Company have taken place:1. S P Nagarkatte, Independent Director resigned with effect from 22 January 2015.
2. B N Samal was appointed as an Additional Independent Director with effect from 22 January 2015.
3. Atrayee Sanyal was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director with effect from 22 January 2015.
