Tirupati Industries (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 December 2016, inter alia, has approved:1. Resignation of H. M. Jhaveri from the position of Managing Director and Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Appointment of K.F. Karani as Additional Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
