Tirupati Starch & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 August 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following matters:1. Yogesh Agrawal, Whole Time Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 08 August 2015.
3. Nikhar Agrawal is appointed as Additional Director with effect from 07 August 2015.
