Tree House Education & Accessories announced that under Disclosure of resignation of Director, Ashu Garg, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 27 May 2015 and the Board has approved his resignation in the Board Meeting held on 27 May 2015.Further at the same meeting the, inter alia, Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Pooja Bhimjiyani from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 May 2015.
