Tree House Education & Accessories announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 30 December 2016 has transacted the following -Appointed Suraj Manghnani as Additional Director with effect from 30 December 2016.
Taken note of resignation of Chanakya Dhanda and Ram Kumar Gupta as Independent Directors of the company with effect from 15 December 2016 and 16 December 2016 respectively.
