At meeting held on 09 April 2015
Tribhuvan Housing announced that the Company has received the Resignation Letter on 09 April 2015 from Aakash Attri and Vikrant Sudhakar Patil intimating resignation from the post of Director of the Company and the same is noted by the Board in their meeting held on 09 April 2015.Further the Board of Directors in the same meeting have appointed Jignesh Shethia and Seema Yadav as Additional Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
