Tumus Electric Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2014, has considered and approved the following :1. Appointment of Navinchandra B. Patel as an additional director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Rupesh Suresh Parde as an additional director of the Company.
3. Resignation of Shivam Kumar Shahi as Executive Director of the Company.
4. Rupesh Parde has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Shivam Kumar Shahi.
