At meeting held on 14 October 2015
TV18 Broadcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 October 2015, have:1. appointed Nirupma Rao as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company; and
2. noted resignation of Manoj Mohanka Independent Director with effect from 14 October 2015.
3. appointed Ramesh Kumar Damani as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15 October 2015, in place of Hariharan Mahadevan who has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
