The Board of Umiya Tubes approved the following -1.To Increase the Authorised share capital of the Company from Rs. 9 Crores to Rs. 12 crore divided into 12000000 Equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
2.To recommend issuance of 1 bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for existing 3 Three) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
3.To migrate from SME Board of BSE to the Main Board of BSE.
