Unimode Overseas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 June 2015, has considered & approved the following businesses:1. Preeti Sharma appointed as Company Secretary of the Company.
2. M/s. Anil Meenu & Company, Chartered Accountant appointed as Internal Auditor, of the Company pursuant to provisions of Companies Act, 2013 for the Financial year 2015-2016.
3. Sheetal Chhabra appointed as CFO of the Company.
