United Drilling Tools announced that following person has been appointed in a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was held on 28 February 2015 -- V. B. Mishra who is an independent director of the Company has been appointed as chairman of Audit Committee in place of K. D. Aggarwal with effect from 28 February 2015
- Kanal Gupta, as an additional director on the board.
