V2 Retail announced that the below mentioned changes in the Composition of Key Managerial Personal which have been discussed and approved in the Board meeting of the Company dated 09 August 2014.- Dinesh Kumar Malpani gave his resignation before the Board of the Company as on 09 August 2014 from the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Company with effect from 04 August 2014.
