At meeting held on 27 July 2017
The Board of Vaghani Techno-Build at its meeting held on 27 July 2017 has approved change in CFO as follows -Resignation of Grishma Savla with effect from 27 July 2018 and appointment of Manisha Kudtarkar as CFO.
Grishma Savla will continue to remain as Woman Director of the Company. Manisha Kudtarkar will also be Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.
