Vakrangee announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has on 24 July 2015 considered and noted the resignation of Santosh Dash from the post of CEO - Retail & BFSI (Global) and approved re-designation of Dinesh Nandwana as Managing Director & CEO w.e.f. 27 July 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration & Compensation Committee.
