At meeting held on 29 May 2014
Victoria Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014 have approved the appointment of Rashmikant K. Shah as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2014.Further, the Company has informed that Rashmikant K. Shah has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Aditya Mangaldas w.e.f. 01 June 2014.
