From 01 January 2016 to 31 March 2017
Videocon Industries announced that the Board of directors of the Company have accorded their approval to extend the current financial year by a period of 3 (Three) months, in terms of the requirements of Section 2(41) of the companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.As such, the current accounting year shall be a period of 15 (Fifteen) months beginning on 01 January 2016 and ending on 31 March 2017. The subsequent financial years, as such, shall begin on 1st April and will end on the following 31st March every year.
