At meeting held on 25 June 2016
Vidli Restaurants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 June 2016, has appointed Mahesh Gandhi as the Additional Director of the Company to hold the office of Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of five years w.e.f. 25 June 2016. There is no relationship between the Directors of the Company and Mahesh Gandhi.Further, Vaibhav Rathi has resigned from the office of Director of the Company with effect from 25 June 2016 due to his pre-occupation.
