The Board of Vinati Organics at its meeting held on 02 February 2021 has approved the following change in directorate -Sunil Saraf (DIN: 00076887) has resigned as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
Jayesh Ashar (DIN: 00041532) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, designated as Director Operations from the date of 02 February 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
