Visaka Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2014, inter alia, has:Subject to the approval of Members:
a. Approved Re-appointment of G Saroja Vivekanand as Managing Director for period of five year effective from 24 October 2014.
b. Approved Appointment of G Vamsi Krishna as Whole-time Director for a period of 5 years effective from 01 June 2014.
