Visesh Infotecnics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 June 2014, considered and approved the appointment of Manoj Jain and Brahm Dutt Sharma as the Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. 02 June 2014.Further the Board also accepted the resignation submitted by Anil Jindal from the office of director with effect from 02 June 2014.
